Brian W. Smith is an award-winning horror screenwriter and filmmaker based in New York City.
His work has earned recognition at top genre festivals including HorrorHound, Houston Horror Film Festival, Terror in the Bay, GenreBlast, ZedFest, Shriekfest, Hollywood Horrorfest, and the NOLA Horror Film Festival.
In addition to writing, Brian is deeply involved in the festival circuit. He serves as a Film and Script Judge on the Programming Team for the New York City Horror Film Festival, and contributes as a screener for SXSW, Fantasia International Film Festival, and Nightmares Film Festival.
